You are at a place in life where you expected to feel different. You’ve done the things, accomplished the goals, and yet you feel like you still aren’t who you want to be. Maybe you feel so lost that you can’t even set the destination, let alone figure out the goals to get you there.
So you need to find an energy source to keep you moving. Maybe you use food, endless scrolling on TikTok or insta, the occasional drink or smoke, but they never quite get you to that F(ull)on the energy tank. You wake up the next morning thinking about a version of yourself that you feel so far away from.
You sit on my couch and say, “Aisha, I just feel so lost. I can’t figure out who I am or what I should be dong.”.
ME: “You’re working so hard to figure out who you are. I’m curious, where did you learn that you had to work so hard?”
You: “That’s how I have gotten this far.”
Me: ”Yes, and how is that working for you now? What if there was a way that you could actually work less and become the version who you were always meant to be? What if you don’t have to do more to feel like you are getting more out of life? “
